Keynote lunch: ‘Transforming the Transport Business’

It is with great pleasure that De Groene Zaak en Het Groene Brein, together with WRI and
EZ, invite you to a special lunch meeting with Robin Chase. Robin is a transportation
entrepreneur who is co-founder and former CEO of Zipcar, the largest carsharing company in
the world, Buzzcar, a peer to peer car sharing service in France (now merged with Drivy); and
GoLoco, an online ridesharing community. She is co-founder and Executive Chairman of
Veniam, a vehicle communications company building the networking fabric for the Internet
of Moving Things. She is also author the 2015 book Peers Inc: How People and Platforms are
Inventing the Collaborative Economy and Reinventing Capitalism.
Robin lectures widely, has been frequently featured in the major media, and has received
many awards in the areas of innovation, design, and environment, including Time 100 Most
Influential People, Fast Company Fast 50 Innovators, and BusinessWeek Top 10 Designers.
Recently, she was a featured speaker at the 2015 Climate Summit for Local Leaders hosted
by Paris’ Mayor Anne Hidalgo and Michael Bloomberg. Read more.
